Youth and Adult Classes

Our Youth/Adult Classes are for all teenagers and adults and are divided by ability; they run every weekday. We run classes for beginner/intermediate students at 7pm every Monday/Wednesday and 8pm every Tuesday/Thursday. There is a mixed-ability class at 11:30am every Friday. There are also specific advanced and Black Belt Classes for teenagers and adults, as well as higher graded Black Belts.

We will guide you every step of the way to give you the ultimate experience in martial arts training whether you are a complete beginner with no previous experience or an advanced level martial artist. We aim to provide our youth and adult students with a progressive and encouraging environment to improve their mental, physical and emotional conditioning.

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and men and women of all backgrounds and age groups are experiencing improvements in all of these areas through our martial arts training program. We treat all of our students with respect and bring out the positive attributes of each individual.
